Water is life

The dog must be available constantly drinking water. The need for liquids increases depending on the type of feed used, because the feed contains preserved mentioned more than 70% water, granulated only 15%. The dog is sick, except the water of the various tea, chamomile potion, wormwood, centaury, etc. If it is necessary for some reason, add some sugar to the drink (that dog more taste, If you do not want to drink), using grape sugar. Beet sugar (sucrose) is inappropriate, because in itself promotes diarrhea. For the same reason, do not even milk. Some dogs do not tolerate lactose because they lack an enzyme that splits lactose, so even healthy individuals can milk cause long-term diarrhea. Sufficient water is important for puppies, older dogs and nursing females and the higher burden of the dog.

Water is the basis of life and is an essential part of the body, which applies not only to dogs. Lack of water causes dehydration,which leads to a wide range of problems. Severe health consequences can be loss of even one tenth of the water, the dog should have constant access to clean, fresh water.
