Dalmatian Club Republic Celebrates 40 Years

It was founded in Germany in 1920. England followed up in 1925. In Bohemia the Breeders Dalmatians founded in 1970.

Nicely from the beginning ...

After World War I was the only keeper in our Dalmatians, and the factory Maneka from Jablonec nad Nisou, who owned a breeding station. After World War II, particularly the displacement of Germans, however, remained in our Dalmatians are very few.
This situation continued until 26 April 1969, when surgeon Dr. Brno. Milos Synek imported from Zagreb first Dalmatian. It was a black spotted dog Azra from the Adriatic. Shortly after Anna Satrova (Prague), brought from England in black spotted dog Duxfordham My Magician.
Third and first in brown spotted Dalmatian - female Belko de Casanova - imported in July 1970, Ing. Jan Findejs exchange for a French bulldog, and shortly afterwards a brown dotted Belka sister, Bess de Casanova.
The decisive day for the organization and development of purposeful breeding Dalmatians for us subsequently became the first April 1970, when the hall of the restaurant for the Bohemian Forest fans gathered in Prague and made his special club. Establishing a club to two individuals were imported at that time was very unusual act. The club was registered under the title Breeders Dalmatians
The first President was elected Vladimir Capek in Prague, also a former President of Club of breeders of small breeds - and as such allow for the selection and subsequent exchange of french bulldogs in the German Democratic Republic in Dalmatians.
First director and general counsel for breeding was elected Ing. Jan Findejs,major producer of Dalmatians in our existence.
The first scientific articles on the Dalmatian, written jointly by Charles and Stepanskym Ing. Jan Findejsem, Dog magazine published in No man's friend 11/1970 called Dalmatian.
The first Czechoslovak litter was born the night of 14 to 15 January 1971 in the kennel from the Bee Garden Ing. Jan Findejse.
The first anniversary of the Dalmatian Club of breeders in this country has celebrated 24 Dalmatians, 14 individuals have the Czech breeding.
The first special exhibition Dalmatians, organized a club with international participation was held in May 1972 under the Regional Podbrdska exhibitions in Rokycany. And exhibitors came from Austria and Germany.The total number of exhibited Dalmatians was really impressive - 62!
First Dalmatian, who won the title with a pedigree Interchampion exclusively with the ancestors bred with us, therefore no product Czech breed, the black spotted dog from Jane Alan breed, registration number 1499/83/85, born. 30th 6th 1983rd Father Abryst White Mustang mother Arna Under Petrov. J. breeder GS, Brno and owner RNDr. J. Slechtova, Prostejov.
Cynologique first guide, which was the most extensive chapter devoted to Dalmatians, was published in 1973, three years after establishing the club in the State Agricultural Publishing House in Prague under the name of social breeds of dogs. Author, it worked Ing. John and Charles Findejs Stepansky.

Time passed,Dalmatian enjoyed growing popularity ...

With the growing number of dogs will accumulate additional kennel, many over time cease to breed or a breed change - the bees garden Ivopeta, Jazz-Maj, Hradek of Wenceslaus, ceder, Pikaro of tonal density of Rosenthal, the Janina breeding gardens of almond, black and white, the Ka-Waite, from Daleby, Ho SR, Belenus, Cheetah, Alhedra from Castle Grabstejn, heliotrope, North Garden, from an old vineyard, White Mustang, the Big Rock-from Southeast and others. Conversely, some of those early are still active - such as Bohemia Rhododendron (Dr. Radana Preserves), Petrovicky wind (Zuzana Hejtikova), Alien (Lada Kotrbova), Z Bezejovickeho Valley (Ing.Lenka Rychlikova), dot the Giant (Vladimir Cermanova), from White Lane (Ing. Eva Liskova) of Nair (Irena Rohrbachova) Seniority Boy (Lenka Konvalinova)
