National breeds
Romanian Shepherd Dog mioritsky
Home is the name of Ciobanesc romanesc mioritic, but we can probably in wider awareness mioritikunder the designation. Previously he used to be considered together with the karpatinem for one breed.
Mioritik has a long history. Even according to some medieval record there is evidence that in 1359 laid the brave dog miorotika life in the defense of his master, Moldova's Prince Bogdana I of Hungary, which took on the corners of an angry Bull.
It is also the current characteristics of this ancient natural breeds: the giant with the benign nature, which turns into a raging beast, if contested his herd. The word Fig is indeed appropriate, because it is an impressive dog with height and 90 centimeters and the weight of up to 90 kilos (FCI standard but an ideal height for dogs-males only 75 cm). Over a squat figure with a heavy head, it's a dog, with a thick and his shaggy hair, resembling sheep's fleece. Usually a uniform white, grey or may have grosovane characters on the title and in the vicinity.
Previously, he worked as a security guard herds, mioritik now adds the Romanian elite social prestige. Slowly gaining popularity outside of their homeland due to the fact that he loves children and is an excellent companion.
Romanian Carpathian Shepherd Dog
Ciobanesc romanesc carpatin, and karpatin, so sizeable respectable size as mioritik (dogs should have ideally 65 to 73 centimeters in height at Withers), but to pick a fight with him is not to be trifled with. From its larger relative differ narrower muzzle and darker and more varied the color of the hair.
Karpatina used to be pretty tough life, and not only because of his own work in herds. Romanian shepherds, dogs zkracovali tails (and it about a third of the, unusually, the remaining two were mounted on ground, and the dogs were recognizable at a distance from sheep) and hang them on the neck geek. Such a handicap should reduce their aggression and to eliminate the risk of a possible attack on man,and besides, it is protected even before the suspicion that maybe you are the street and as such worthy of shooting.
Hanging up the logs instead of dog marks was the practice of extended not only in Romania, but also on the territory of Greece, and Albania, which could tell even afterfor ecko-Albanian Shepherd (which is said to be so sharp that it with the herd really exaggerating, geek-nepoleno).
Jihovychodoevropsky Shepherd-Bucovina
Ciobanesc romanesc de Bucovina is a natural breed incurred in northeastern Romania. In the country it dulau called the confidential capau or (which I understand has just local naming Shepherd or Shepherd). As well as his cousin, who herds from predators and animal and human.
While not officially to the recognized breeds, but is included among the provisionally recognisedbreeds.
Today, bucovina Shepherd valued people in cities, if they live in houses with a garden,
because of the dogs, balanced, friendly, and reliable during the patrol.Too much distrust strangers. They need reasonable space and are not suitable for holding in bytes.
Bucovina Shepherd has a muscular body with an ideal height dog 71 to 75 cm long, with a rich fur (outside of the head and front legs), which consists of a neck mane. Colour must have a white base, and the characters on the either sand, tmavehnede, black or streaked. Completely white or black animals are also accepted.
While Ceausescu, metelescu blescu!
In the last edition of the planet of the animals we met with the Hungarian breeds. We have been reminded that Transylvanian honic its used and kratkonohou version, which today, unfortunately, does not exist. So just to summarize briefly, that this breed has paid tax on the highest because of the place where for centuries evolved. The first nail in the coffin was the second world war, which decimated by Nazi rule States all breeds, and not only in Hungary and in Transylvania, i.e.. on the Hungarian-Romanian border. In order to regenerated and short-legged type of Hungarian scowrers,It was necessary to make use of all appropriate surviving individuals, even those on the Romanian side of the border. But in 1947 he had to last the King Michael I abdicate in favour of the Communists and the new Government team as one of the first of his acts, ordered that all Romanian officials, the two breeds of scowrers must be fully vybiti, supposed to working people more manned former Hungarian occupation of Sedmihradska.
But to be Ceausescovi: the function of the Minister of agriculture reached in 1948.
We have no idea whether, when some other breed died in a controlled way political decision.
